Made to order 

All of our pieces are handmade to order and will take approximately 3-4 weeks before we are ready to ship to you. This means we only create when we have received your order.

Once your order is placed we will update you when we are ready to ship.

Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you in your knit! 

 

Returns

Exchange only, we do not accept returns on any items. We accept exchanges for sizing issues or as credit towards a new piece. Exchanges will only be accepted on unworn items that are returned in the original packing including all tags and accessories. We are not responsible for return shipping. 

Exchanges are subject to original made to order turn around time.

Please e-mail inquiries@holythanthou.com if you would like to start the exchange process. Items that are returned without approval will not be accepted. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policies and conditions.
